What are the delivery charges?

Our standard UK delivery is free - no minimum order, no discount code, just 100% FREE. Our express delivery is £2.50 and next day guaranteed (excluding Saturday service) is £10. International delivery is also available at £10.

How long will delivery take?

  • Free UK delivery takes 2-3 working days.
  • Express delivery takes 1-2 working days.
  • Next day delivery takes 1 working day however please note that this service excludes delivery on weekends and bank holidays.
  • International delivery takes 5-10 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We'll process your order in our workshop studio and endeavour to dispatch it the same day when purchased before 2pm. Once your item has been dispatched you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your order has been posted.

In the rare occasion that you notice your order hasn't been dispatched within 2 working days it may be a result of an error or issue with your order. We'll contact you via the email address you entered at the checkout page, so please keep a look out in your email inbox and junk. If there are no emails from us please get in touch as soon as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can find your sales receipt in your email inbox, if you can't find it in your inbox please check your junk folder. No luck? Don't worry you can access your order details in your account panel if you've registered an account with us or you can get in touch and we'll be more than happy to re-send a receipt out to you.

How do I track my order?

We send all orders via barcode tracking. Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history. You can do this by simply logging into your account panel and accessing your order history.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

As we use barcode tracking, your order will be scanned upon delivery to your address and may not require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to accept delivery. In the event that you should miss your delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card where you will have the option to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery and the parcel has been left at the depot for over 1 week, your order will be returned to us. In these cases we reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.


How many characters can I add as a personalisation?

It depends entirely on the design. You'll see a max character in the description. We are unable to add more characters that what is able to be entered in the personalisation box as this has been done to ensure the quality and visibility of the personalisation doesn't get compromised.

Can I add special characters or foreign words?

We can do most common accents such as â, é, ü, etc however we're unable to do foreign words and lettering due to our designing and machinery software. If you're in any doubt please contact us first, before placing an order.

Do you offer a gift note service?

Unfortunately we don't offer this service, but we will be looking to do this in the near future so be sure to sign up to our news alerts or follow our social media platforms as we will be announcing new services and features there.

Do you do special custom requests?

Yes, we most certainly do! Just send us a message with what you'd like and we'll be more than happy to see what we can do for you. Please note custom requests can take a little longer than normal so please be patient.


How long do I have to return an order?

You can return your order 14 days from receiving it. Please ensure you send it back to us in it's original condition, also please read our returns policy on the select items that we can't accept as returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you cancel your order anytime up until your order has been dispatched. If you'd like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible before we send your order into production and dispatch it, as once your order has been dispatched were unable to cancel your order.

How do I return my order?

We hope you fall in love with your order, however, if you aren't completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return your item back to us. Please ensure your return is in it's original saleable condition. To return your order please follow the steps below.

  • Please contact us with your name, order number and items that you wish to return, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then reply to confirm your details within one working day.
  • If we accept your request, you will then receive a returns label that you can print, stick on your order and hand in at any local post office.
  • Please post your goods back to us within 10 working days of us issuing your returns label.

What items can't be returned?

Unfortunately we can't accept all returns due to the very nature of personalised items. A more detailed outline of what can't be returned can be seen below:

  • We are unable to accept returns on our custom and personalised items, unless we have made a mistake or error on our part or if the item is damaged.
  • We don't accept damages made from general wear and tear, stretches to print designs due to sizing, and cracks or flakes resulted from washing and cleaning.
  • We can't accept returns on custom or personalised items due to incorrect sizes. If you're in doubt with sizes please contact us first.
  • We also can't accept returns for exchange or refund for products that are in a used or worn condition.

What happens next when I return my item?

We will notify you once your item has been returned and issue you with a full refund via the original payment method.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed depending on the payment method used, however on average it takes up to 2 hours.

If you have returned your order we will first have to wait for it to be delivered back to us before processing a refund.
